#### Overview <a href="#overview" id="overview"></a>

[Recommendations](/getting-started/recommending-and-sharing-content.md) are a great way to see the impact of your work. They show you how often other researchers on ResearchGate have suggested your work to their peers. This helps you understand the influence your contributions are having within the research community.

#### Track your recommendations <a href="#track-your-recommendations" id="track-your-recommendations"></a>

You can easily track your recommendations on your **Stats** tab. Here, you'll see how many recommendations your research and other contributions receive each week. You can also view who has recommended your research over the past 8 weeks, giving you insight into who is engaging with your work.

#### Use your weekly stats report <a href="#use-your-weekly-stats-report" id="use-your-weekly-stats-report"></a>

Your weekly stats report provides a clear overview, highlighting which of your publications were recommended the most and by whom.
